Robinson Consulting Services is spearheaded by Sharita Robinson and leverages a well-rounded team of consulting specialists who take the details of every placement and every person served very seriously.
Sharita Robinson, MS, PHR, CIR, RCC Founder
“Quick to offer a smile,” Sharita a service-oriented relationship builder whose DiSC personality reveals is “genuinely interested in people’s wants and needs.” She is a truly caring, meticulously detail-oriented human resources specialist whose experience blends human resources consulting, career coaching, project management, and talent development. She’s worked with Fortune 100 companies as large as AT&T and the National Football League; Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations such as National Housing Compliance; and smaller organizations such CentraState Healthcare, Lund International and BrightPipe Technologies to source and recruit staff, train and transition employees.
Additionally, Sharita works globally, but is passionately community-focused and is heavily involved in the Georgia nonprofit community. She holds a MS in Human Resources Development and a BS in Business Administration from Indiana State University. She is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), Advance Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) and Targeted Selection ; a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC); qualified in several assessment tools; and a national and local member of SHRM and NAAAHR. Finally, Sharita has designed several HR courses that are HRCI approved.
Stacy Robinson, MBA, RCC Partner & Periodization Expert
Stacy Robinson brings focused experience in organizational development and strategic Human Resources planning, as well as more than 20 years of progressive HR experience to the Robinson Consulting Services team.
Stacy is an ELI (Employment Learning Innovations) and Strategic Breakthroughs Certified Instructor, a Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), experienced in performance management and executive coaching. He’s also a certified facilitator in Civil Treatment for Managers. Stacy has a MBA from Mercer University, a BS in Management from Shorter University and completed the Human Resources Studies program at Cornell University.
Jacqueline A. Owen, Ed.D, HR Expert
A former Director of Human Resources, Jacqueline Owen’s career spans the playing field of public and private industries, including global 500 organizations and corporations. As part of the Robinson Consulting team, Jacqueline brings twenty-plus years of high-level Human Resources expertise to the table. She is certified in the Lominger Leadership Architect and VOICES 360 Feedback System, Zenger-Miller Frontline Leadership, and the Drexler/Sibbet Team Performance Model. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
Jacqueline holds a Doctorate of Education in Human Development Counseling and a Masters of Education and from Vanderbilt University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management’s National Chapter.
Olita Williams, BS Facilitator & Career Consultant
Olita Williams is an established and sought after seminar leader, consultant, and professional speaker with over 20 years of experience. She works collaboratively with organizations to connect people performance to the business strategy. Olita provides career transition services and leads many of our seminars on Resume Writing Skills, Interviewing Skills and Networking Skills.
She has worked with the IBM Corporation as a Marketing Executive, Project Manager, Technical and Sales Instructor. She also has vast consulting experience with various firms and provides excellent soft skills and technical facilitation. Her professional affiliations include National Speakers Associations (NSA), Vice President of Programs for the Atlanta Chapter and a member of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), Vice President of Marketing for the Atlanta Chapter. Olita is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Birmingham, with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management.
